Step-by-Step Guide
If you discover your photo is being misused on WhatsApp, you can report it by following these steps.
When you report a message or photo, it will be sent to WhatsApp for review along with the User ID of the person who shared the image you are reporting. The user you report will not be notified.
STEP 01
Locate the image
- Go to WhatsApp and find the image you want to report.
- Press and hold the image and a pop-up menu will appear, or press the image to open it up in fullscreen.
STEP 02
Click on "More" (...)
From the menu, choose the ‘Report’ option. Next to the 'Report' option, you will view the phone number connected to the profile you are reporting.
STEP 03
Pressing reporting
You will send a report immediately after tapping 'Report'.
