Access the reporting options from Facebook

Click the ︎︎︎in the top right corner of the post.

Choose a reason for reporting

  • Select It’s unlawful.

Reporting as unlawful content

After choosing 'It’s unlawful', you will be presented with different options. We recommend you select 'Intellectual property' to proceed with your copy︎right claim for the image.

Report a copyright violation

If you select 'Intellectual property', you will need to fill out a form with your details.

In one of the steps of the reporting you will be asked to provide additional information, that can help facebook understand your report. You can consider including this statement if you want.
